Who we are

What we collect
When you send a quote request we receive what you type into the form — your name, phone number, email, suburb, the type of job, its stage, a budget range, any message, and any photos or plan PDFs you attach. The site also records the basic technical details any website receives (your IP address and browser type) to keep the form working and to limit spam.
Why we collect it
To understand the job and get back to you with a quote. We don't use your details for marketing lists and we don't sell or share them with advertisers.
Who receives it
Your enquiry is emailed to Cameron at East Edge Concreting. A copy also goes to Sora Business Solutions, the company that built and maintains this website, so they can make sure every enquiry arrives and the form keeps working. Sora doesn't contact you or use your details for anything else.
The site is hosted by Vercel and the enquiry email is delivered by Resend. Both process the data only to run the site and deliver the email.
How long we keep it
Enquiries stay in Cameron's email so he can refer back to the job. If you'd like your details removed, email cameron@eastedge.com.au and we'll delete them.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email cameron@eastedge.com.au. If you're not happy with how we've handled your information you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
